Amy Phillips M.Ed., LPC, NCC, BC-TMH I believe that positive growth and change occur in the context of healthy relationships. The relationship that one has with oneself is foundational to healthy relating. Counseling is an avenue for better understanding oneself as well as oneself in relationship with others. I have experience working with diverse individuals on issues such as behavioral problems, sexual abuse, self-esteem, relationship issues, gender identity issues, anxiety and stress management. My experience also includes working with families on healthy communication, teen behavior, and parenting and discipline.
