I am in-network with BCBS of Alabama, Aetna and UHC. I am also a provider for Uprise Behavioral Health.
We verify insurance coverage before scheduling appointments to protect you from out-of-pocket charges. Other insurance companies may allow clients to submit an invoice for reimbursement.

A sliding scale payment plan is available for the uninsured. Sliding scale information is available by emailing [email protected].
Clients are responsible for determining if my services are covered by their insurance. Insured clients are responsible for determining their deductible and co-pay. Clients are responsible for the full cost of services at the time that services are rendered. 50-minute sessions are charged the current, standard rate of $136/session. In-office and online counseling are billed at the same rate.
